Customer representation at the Procedural Bodies, for the search for solutions aimed at completing a public auction procedure for the real estate object of interest by the Customer;

Assistance for identifying the maximum valuation of the real estate in order to evaluate the convenience and financial and economic sustainability of the possible operation;

Assistance in preliminary and preparatory activities for participation in the public auction;

• Direct customer assistance in participating in the public auction and in the awarding with consequent purchase of the real estate complex.
